I started on this team with a paid pitch. From the start, we had been given the business to present new ideas for a B2B project related to Kaiser Permanente’s expansion to the Mid-Atlantic region. We were a small team composed of a creative director, strategist, project manager, art director, copywriter, and UX designer (me.)

Requirements & Result

Kaiser Permanente wanted their final deliverable to be rooted in their branding and style, while still offering a unique perspective explaining how their insurance model is unique compared to their competitors. To do this, users needed to take the time to read through dense content to reach an educated decision. Furthermore, this was a regional site that needed to appeal to a wide audience, from newly-hired young professionals to long-time empty nesters. The result was an interactive website that built a 3D rendering of your healthcare experience based on results of a personalized, short quiz.

Client testimonial

“People say they want the freedom of choice in healthcare, but they really want the security in the face of the unknown.”
