DPA One
Responsibilities included user research, prototyping, and content strategy to facilitate the launch of a new product. User research involved screening and interviewing 23 DPA program providers to identify pain points. Prototyping efforts supported the engineering team converting a design to a functional application and included a clickable DPA One microsite for content testing. Content strategy resulted in a published microsite targeting DPA providers and loan officers. To measure adoption, the design team recommended and engineering implemented software to track the early user journey. The platform achieved significant traction in its first year, with all 50 states joining and over 7000 loan officers and housing counselors creating accounts to track down payment assistance programs for their clients.
